I cater to you as a whole and understand that everyones' needs, responsibilities and lifestyles vary.
Which is why it begins with an initial first meeting to understand who you are. It is all about hearing you out, seeing where you're at, and LISTENING to your concerns. This will help me determine and teach you exactly how to get you where you want to be.
After our initial connection and personalized movement assessment, I can begin to create your training and nutrition plan and show you the practical application for it, within your lifestyle.
Why do you need a "training" program?
There are many approaches to help you get to where you want to get but working 1-on-1 with me will give you clarity on what the best one is.
To ensure you get the best results, I map out your fitness program (exercises, reps, sets, rest, etc.) to make it as simple for you as possible. Yes, there is actually a plan. In the process you will learn more about your body, what it's truly capable of and how it all translate into the real world.
The goal is to have you gain better understanding of the approach we are taking, and how to adjust it in accordance to changes in your life.
Why do you need nutrition?
Understanding the key role of nutrition in getting strong, building muscles and/or loosing weight is vital.
Most importantly all nutrition programs are designed for you and where you are at. They are designed to fit your lifestyle, help you develop positive eating habit based tasks and gain foundational understanding of nutrition.
I’m here to assist you in learning various tools to help you build a system that brings you the results you've been looking for while still eating what you love.

You’ll receive weekly check ins, video assessments, updates and adjustments to ensure your program is on point and progressing you properly. You’ll have 24-7 access to your coach for questions, support, motivation, exercise critiques, adjustments, and more. Daily and weekly accountability tracking forms support constant and consistent progress.
The goal is to help you stay accountable, no matter what, to enhance your consistency, adherence, and results.
